Home Who we are

TMC Africa is a consulting and training firm specialized in three areas: B2B/B2C Sales, Customer Experience and Relations, and Operational Management.

We accompany companies in optimizing their commercial and relational performance, whether for direct or indirect activities, by strengthening their development strategies, their sales teams, and their customer services, at the national and African scale.


Based in Casablanca, we extend our expertise throughout the Maghreb (Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco), West Africa (Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, Benin), and Central Africa (DR Congo, Gabon, Cameroon, Guinea, Chad). We benefit from over 20 years of pan-African experience collaborating with prestigious international clients in each region.


Since 2017, TMC Africa has been the exclusive partner of "Voted Customer Service of the Year Morocco", an initiative that rewards the most performing customer services, and we draw inspiration from the data of The Morocco Customer Service Observatory for our training modules. 



The TMC Africa team is composed of 7 consultant-trainers. All come from the corporate world, having held commercial and managerial positions within large companies and/or multinationals, in Morocco and abroad. Each member receives twelve days of training per year to constantly maintain and increase their own skills. 

Our pedagogical approach is exclusively intra-company and tailor-made ("hand-stitched"). It is designed to be as close as possible to the participants' field reality and relies on key principles of interactivity, practice (80% exercises, 20% theory), relevance (content adapted to context), and continuous monitoring of acquisitions. For better interactivity and proximity between the facilitator and participants, the number is limited to ten people. Participants' managers are also trained in the techniques taught to their team, thus ensuring continuity of learning and the sustainability of a common language. Follow-up tools, memos (cards), and TMC AFRICA checklists are provided to sustain skills.


We are eligible with the OFPPT (Office of Vocational Training and Labor Promotion). This means that Moroccan companies can benefit from a partial reimbursement of our trainings. The signature of TMC AFRICA is: "Common sense, our first nature!".
